*Congrats to the guys of Bon Jovi--their new album, Lost Highway is #1 on the album charts. It's Bon Jovi's #1 album since 1988.

*Usher is going to be a new daddy. He and his fiance Tameka are expecting their first child.

*Did you see Paris Hilton last night on Larry King Live? It was her first post-prison TV interview. Paris said serving her jail sentence was traumatic, especially since she's claustrophobic. She also said she cut a lot of negative people out of her life and wants to dedicate part of her life to charity work. I noticed that Paris ditched her blue contact lenses--she looks good with her natural brown eyes. Paris is on the cover of this week's People Magazine but she won't be in US Weekly Magazine. US is going "Paris free" this week with no photos, no articles and no mentions of Paris.

*I think even Paris would be jealous of this--Victoria Beckham, the former Posh Spice, is designing a $500,000 closet for her new Los Angeles home. The closet features a leather floor, crystal chandelier, a computer that tracks when she wears items of clothing and a camera to give her a 360-degree “cat scan” of her outfit before she steps out. Every girl's dream!

*The Spice Girls are expected to announce today that they're reuniting for a 25-date world tour

*CNN anchor Nancy Grace announced that she was secretly married in April and is expecting twins at the age of 47. Nancy said she never expected to be a wife and mother and she hopes that finding happiness at this point in her life inspires people. It does, Nancy! Congrats!

*How did Paris Hilton spend her first day of freedom? She received visitors, flowers, balloons, her favorite cupcakes and some pampering. A massage table arrived as well as a mobile hair extension service. Paris has to look fabulous for her interview tonight on CNN's Larry King Live.

*This seems to be a growing trend when it comes to bachelor and bachelorette parties--a joint party with the bride and groom-to-be and their friends. Eva Longoria and Tony Parker have a big bash planned for Sunday in St. Tropez.

*Carrie Underwood was voted the World's Sexiest Vegetarian by PETA for a second time

*American Idol auditions kick off on July 30th and will be held in 7 cities, including Philadelphia on August 27 at the Wachovia Center (I'll remind you as we get closer to the date.) The new season of Idol will debut in January.

*Justin Timberlake has a gas problem! He had Beano anti-gas tablets flown to Europe from the U.S. as part of his backstage demands

*Paris Hilton is out of prison! She was released early this morning and walked out of the jail looking quite fashionable. Paris changed into her street clothes in the jail building restroom and strutted to her parents' waiting SUV like she was walking down a runway. The first thing she did was hug her mom, Kathy (ahhhh!) Paris' first post-jail interview will take place tomorrow night on CNN's Larry King Live. I'm sure she'll tell Larry about her plans to fund a halfway house for just-released prison inmates. Director Michael Moore was bumped from Larry's show tomorrow night to make room for Paris, but he said he understands. Meanwhile, Barbara Walters said she doesn't care that Larry got the first interview because it's below her standards. WHAT? Where were those standards when she interviewed O.J. Simpson and Monica Lewinsky?

*Rosie O'Donnell said she was offered the hosting job for The Price is Right and turned it down. Ro said the producers were not willing to move production to the East Coast and she doesn't want to uproot her family for a job. The search for Bob Barker's replacement continues with contenders including Drew Carey, John O'Hurley and George Hamilton

*OK! Magazine will pay $2 million for the rights to Eva Longoria and Tony Parker's wedding photos

*Grey's Anatomy star Katherine Heigl set a wedding date. She'll marry singer Josh Kelley on December 23.

*Larry King scored the first post-prison interview with Paris Hilton. Paris will appear Wednesday night on CNN's Larry King Live and will chat with Larry in-studio for the entire hour. Paris will be released from prison tomorrow and the first thing she wants to do is eat!

*I got the chance to meet some of the Sopranos stars at Resorts Casino Saturday night. James Gandolfini looks so much better in person (though I didn't tell him that, of course) and the actor who played "Paulie Walnuts" was so much fun. I asked him if there will be a Sopranos movie and he shook his "yes."

*Will a gay man replace Rosie O'Donnell on the View? Comedian Mario Cantone and Ross Matthews (aka "Ross the Intern" from the Tonight Show) will co-host upcoming shows and are rumored to be in contention for the spot.

*Former Spice Girl Melanie Brown says DNA test results prove that Eddie Murphy is the father of her baby girl. Break out the checkbook, Eddie!

*Evan Almighty was the #1 movie at the weekend box office, followed by 1408 & Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer.

*Donald Trump is teaming up with MTV for a reality series called Pageant Place, which will follow the lives of Miss Universe, Miss USA and Miss Teen USA sharing a Manhattan apartment and performing their duties (ohhhh, some good catfights!)

*Julia Roberts said she will not sell photos of her newborn son Henry even though they could be worth millions of $$$$

*Rosie O'Donnell will meet today with producers of The Price is Right to talk about the possibility of taking over for the retired Bob Barker. Rosie really wants the job, but she's already talking about changing the show if she gets the gig. I think that CBS Early Show weatherman Dave Price will get the job. He reminds me of a young Bob Barker--funny, clean-cut, nice, non-controversial and he has the perfect last name!

*Paris Hilton set a new record in jail--for the most inmate fan mail ever received. Her manager got a call from the jail yesterday asking him to pick up 20 crates of fan mail. How time flies--Paris is scheduled to be released from prison on Monday.

*Christina Aguilera is moving into the Osbournes' house. Remember Ozzy and Sharon's house from the TV series? They sold it to Christina. She reportedly needs more room, specifically for a baby nursery.

*The Hollywood baby boom continues! Julia Roberts and her hubby Danny Moder welcomed their third child yesterday, a boy named Henry Daniel. Keri Russell of Felicity fame is a new mommy to baby boy River Russell and Tiger Woods and his wife welcomed baby girl Sam Alexis yesterday. Congrats to everyone!

*Can you imagine Al Pacino playing Richard Gere's role in the movie Pretty Woman? I can't! Pacino says he turned down the role.

*Lindsay Lohan's 21st birthday bash in July at Pure Nightclub in Las Vegas has been cancelled. That is a good thing since Lindsay is still in rehab!

*New albums in stores today: Bon Jovi's "Lost Highway" and Mandy Moore's "Wild Hope"

DIANE'S CELEBRITY DIRT - MONDAY, JUNE 18

*There's a new #1 movie--Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer topped the weekend box office, taking in more than $57 million. Ocean's 13 fell to #2, followed by Knocked Up and Pirates of the Caribbean.

*Rod Stewart got married for the third time (hopefully it's a charm!) 62-year-old Rod married 36-year-old model Penny Lancaster in Italy over the weekend.

*Nicole Richie may be getting married. There's a report that she's engaged to her rocker boyfriend Joel Madden and they are expecting a baby

*Paris Hilton made her Dad Rick a Father's Day card in prison with his picture (ahhhh--parents love hand-made gifts!) Meanwhile, the L.A. County Sheriff said Paris has been cooperative and popular. The other prisoners say they are getting better treatment because Paris is there--officials want to make sure the conditions are up to par since there is a media spotlight on the prison.

*Don't call Angelina Jolie thin! Even thought most women would love to hear that, Angelina said it's not a compliment. She said she's not trying to fit into skinny jeans but has been going through an emotional time--dealing with the recent death of her Mom. I was happy to hear this--Angelina said she would be open to having a relationship with her estranged Dad, actor Jon Voight.

*Good news for The Hoff! David Hasselhoff got full custody of his 2 teenaged daughters. His ex-wife, Pamela Bach must be a real mess if the judge thought Hoff was the better option. Pamela can visit her daughters on alternate weekends and on Wednesday nights for dinner

*Former Buffy The Vampire Slayer and Skating with Celebrities star Kristy Swanson was arrested late Saturday night for allegedly assaulting the ex-wife of her companion and former skating partner, Lloyd Eisler. Kristy said she was attacked by Lloyd's ex and was defending herself . In case you don't remember, LLoyd left his then-pregnant wife after he was paired up with Kristy on Skating with Celebrities.

*My TV picks for tonight: The new season of My Super Sweet 16 kicks off on MTV (the spoiled brats amuse me!) / The premiere of the new dating reality show Age of Love at 9:00 on NBC, in which a tennis star dates women in their 20's and 40's, followed by Matt Lauer's interview with Britain's Princes William and Harry on Dateline NBC.

DIANE'S CELEBRITY DIRT - FRIDAY, JUNE 15

*Can you imagine having 14 kids? It may happen for Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt. They already have four young chilren, but Angelina said eventually she would like between seven and fourteen. I'm exhausted just thinking about taking care of all of those kids! By the way, Angelina wore a $26 dress to the New York premiere of her film A Mighty Heart. She offset the price by wearing expensive designer heels.

*Paris Hilton was transferred out of a medical ward and back to the prison where she started serving her sentence. The Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas is planning an $800,000 post-prison party after Paris gets out of the slammer.

*Kelly Clarkson's summer tour has been postponed due to poor ticket sales. Kelly will likely do smaller venues and I'll keep you posted when she releases the new dates. If you bought tickets, you can get a refund at the point of purchase.

*Matthew McConaughey is People Magazine's Hottest Bachelor and he's on the cover of the new issue--shirtless, as usual. Other sexy singles include Justin Timberlake, Entorage star Adrian Grenier, Apolo Ohno, Jake Gyllenhaal and American Idol runner-up Blake Lewis. Can't wait to get my issue to see the eye candy!

*A report said Jennifer Aniston was in the final stages of adopting a baby after being inspired by her friend Sheryl Crow's recent adoption of a baby boy. Jennifer's rep said it's not true--Jen has not visited an adoption agency. She's not ruling out adopting in the future. I think Jen would be a good Mom and she can certainly afford it.

*Is Rosie O'Donnell replacing the retired Bob Barker on The Price is Right? Rosie cleared up the rumor, saying she would have taken the job but it was not offered to her.

*Barbara Walters said she would be happy to let Paris Hilton co-host the View when Paris gets out of prison

*Kevin Federline is not going to be a daddy again--at least for now. A rumor was going around that K-Fed and his first baby mama, Shar Jackson were expecting their 3rd child but it's not true. I knew it was too good to be true!

*Is Paris Hilton's dad planning a post-prison party? A report says Rick Hilton is trying to broker a deal that would get a Las Vegas club to pay Paris $50,000 plus travel expenses. Does anyone else think this is in bad taste? Paris told Barbara Walters that she wants to change her life and her party-girl image when she gets out of prison. Meanwhile, Paris' parents visited her yesterday and said she's cold and hasn't slept much, but she is getting her appetite back.

*George Clooney says he did not slam Paris Hilton. George is upset about the report that said he dissed Paris and wants to know the source of the false story.

*Jennie Garth (Kelly on Beverly Hills, 90210) will be a contestant next season on Dancing With the Stars. Her former co-star, Ian Ziering, who competed last season talked her into it.

*Sources say ABC wants to hire Whoopi Goldberg as Rosie O'Donnell's replacement on The View

*Will there be a Sopranos movie? Maybe. Creator/writer David Chase said he didn't design the finale ending in order to write a movie, but he may do it if he comes up with a good idea. David knew reaction to the last show would be controversial, so he fled to France for a while in order to avoid the backlash (good idea!)

*Happy 21st Birthday to Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen. They grow up so fast, don't they??

*Paris Hilton's prison phone call to Barbara Walters! Babs spoke with Paris on a collect call from prison over the weekend and we'll get to hear about it today on The View. It wasn't recorded, but Barbara is expected to give us a play-by-play of the conversation. Paris reportedly told her that the experience has changed her and she found God, among other things. Should be interesting!

*Oceans 13 is the new #1 movie, taking in $37 millon at the weekend box office and knocking Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End out of the top spot. I saw Oceans 13 over the weekend--I liked it better than Oceans 12, but not as much as Oceans 11. Even though the script isn't the best and the movie will never win an Oscar, it amuses me to watch these guys that are obviously thrilled to hang out, have fun and get paid a lot of money. Nice work if you can get it!

*Did you see the series finale of the Sopranos last night on HBO? I have only seen a couple of episodes over the past 8 years but I decided to watch last night because I figured everyone at the office would be talking about it. In case you DVR'd or Tivo'd it, I won't give anything away, but I'll just say that I was disappointed. I was nervous the whole time waiting for more things to happen and I felt ripped off by the ending (or lack thereof.) I heard that many fans and TV critics feel the same way.

*Is Christina Aguilera pregnant? The rumors started last week after Christina visited a New York medical practice that specializes in high risk pregnancies and state-of-the-art ultrasounds

*Congratulations to former Desperate Housewives star Dougray Scott and CSI star Claire Forlani--they got married Friday in Italy.

*Paris is out of prison--can you believe it? Paris Hilton was released early due to an undisclosed medical condition. Some reports are saying she was on the verge of a nervous breakdown. Paris was reassigned to house arrest and must wear an electronic monitoring ankle bracelet. House arrest in a posh Beverly Hills mansion? I'll take that sentence! The judge who gave Paris the original sentence is really upset. He ordered Paris to show up in court this morning and he may send her back to jail. I'll keep you posted!

*Bon Jovi guitarist Richie Sambora is in rehab. Richie was reportedly drunk earlier this week at a taping of MTV's Unplugged. I know he has been dealing with several personal problems lately--divorce, breaking up from Denise Richards and the death of his father. Richie is a great guy so I wish him the best in his recovery!

*Isaiah Washington was fired from Grey's Anatomy! Isaiah, who played Dr. Preston Burke was told that he will not be coming back next season. He released a statement saying "I'm mad as hell and I'm not going to take it any more." HE'S mad? How about his former co-star T.R. Knight, whom Isaiah used an anti-gay slur against on the set and in public? Well, T.R. is getting the last laugh because he's coming back and he just got a big raise!

*New NBC programming chief Ben Silverman said he "will do anything" to get Rosie O'Donnell on his network, and his plans might include an hour-long game show and a daytime hour as well

*Sopranos fans are bummed! Sunday night it's the final episode on HBO after 8 years and 6 seasons

*Oceans 13 opens today in theaters - some eye candy for the ladies!

*Jennifer Aniston's mystery man revealed! Jennifer had a romantic dinner date last weekend with a hunky guy and he has been identified as 36 year-old British model Paul Sculfor (pictured.) Way to go, Jen!

*When is Brad Pitt at his sexiest? I say every minute of every day. Well, Angelina Jolie says when she sees him with the kids. Angelina said there's nothing sexier than a man being a great father. Maybe that's why she's thinking about adopting another kid already!

*Tabloids are offering $500,00 for the first photos of Paris Hilton in jail. That windfall will likely entice prison employees to take a sneaky shot before Paris' 23-day sentence is up. Meawhile, Paris is going au naturel. She's taken her blue contact lenses out so her eye are back to brown. (Don't it make her blue eyes brown....opposite of the song!) Her makeup is history and a number of inmates have told Paris that she looks better without it.

*What does a $15,000 wedding cake look like? Crash Eva Longoria and Tony Parker's wedding on July 7 in Paris and you'll find out. The cake is being flown to Paris from Los Angeles and is even getting its own first class seat and a bodyguard. What??!! Some people have way too much money!

*Victoria Beckham's upcoming reality show for NBC is not cancelled. There were reports that the former Posh Spice pulled the plug on the project but her publicicst said it's still happening. Vicky took a little time off to focus on her family but she'll resume filming in Los Angeles in a couple of weeks

*T.R. Knight is returning to Grey's Anatomy next season. His character George failed exams on the season finale so his return was up in the air. T.R. is getting a big raise--he'll make about $125,000 an episode (cha-ching!) I'm glad he's coming back--I love the George and Izzy storyline.

*It's off again between Jessica Simpson and John Mayer and sources say this time it's for good! Jessica and John have broken up and gotten back together about a dozen times but sources say this time it's permanent. By the way, Maxim Magazine did a poll on who the hotter sister is-- Jessica or Ashlee. Ashlee won (that plastic surgery paid off!)

*This will be Paris Hilton's third full day in prison and things are not going well for her. She said her cell is too cold, she has been crying and has barely touched her food. Also, Paris can't shave her legs because tweezers, razors and wax are not allowed and she can't use a hair dryer. She got a visitor yesterday. Beverly Hills therapist Dr. Charles Sophy stayed for 2 hours (imagine that bill!) and friends and family can visit on Saturday.

*Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt adopting again? A report says Brad and Angelina may be planning for kid #5. They fell in love with a boy at an orphanage in Prague. Angelina said she and Brad have trouble finding time with each other because of the kids. She said they usually talk at night when she's taking a bath.

*Bob Barker is taping his final episode of The Price is Right today after hosting the show for 35 years. The episode will air on Friday, June 15. We'll miss you, Bob!

*Rosie O'Donnell may have caused trouble on The View but it was good for ratings. In May, the show had the best ratings ever in it's 10-year history. Now the search continues for her replacement. Kathy Griffin has been named as a favorite, but I don't think that's going to happen. I watched the show yesterday and Barbara Walters seemd to be disgusted by most of what Kathy was saying (If looks could kill!) Meanwhile, Britney Spears' mom, Lynne was scheduled be a part of "hot topics" today on The View, but her name was removed from the lineup. Britney recently cut Lynne out of her life and Lynne was reportedly set to talk about it. I would love to hear those details!

*Kate Hudson and Owen Wilson broke up but remain friends--that's what they all say!

*How is Paris Hilton doing in prison so far? Jail staff members say Paris has been thankful, gracious and polite. As for prison fashion, Paris is wearing a short-sleeved, orange jumpsuit. What about her hair extensions? Luckily, Paris was allowed to keep them in because they are "tightly wound." I know the ladies are wondering about this--according to Paris' booking sheet, she's 5'8" and 115 pounds (okay, I really need to hit the gym!)

*Beyonce and Jay-Z are reportedly engaged

*A Borat baby is on the way! Sacha Baron Cohen and his longtime girlfriend, Wedding Crashers star Isla Fisher are expecting a baby this winter

DIANE'S CELEBRITY DIRT - MONDAY, JUNE 4

*Paris reports to jail! Paris surprised everyone by reporting to a Los Angeles jail late last night, just hours after attending the MTV Movie Awards. Paris had until midnight Tuesday to start serving her 23-day sentence and she threw everyone off by booking a hair and makeup team at 9:00 this morning. Paris had to surrender all of her possessions and then be strip searched before being issued a uniform (NOT HOT!) A bit of good news--Paris will be able to wear makeup but she'll have to buy it from a pre-paid account at the prison commissary. She'll be in solitary confinement for 23 out of 24 hours each day, with one hour to shower, talk on the phone and watch TV. Paris' mugshot is pictured to the left (looks like a photo shoot for Maxim Magazine!)

Katherine stars as Izzy on Grey's Anatomy and she has been vocal about the fact that she's paid less than most of her co-stars. Well, her stock has just gone up!
