*The new issue of OK! Magazine with pregnant Jamie Lynn Spears hits stores today (can't wait to get my copy.) The interview and photo shoot were set up by mom Lynne Spears and Jamie Lynn will reportedly be paid $1 million by the magazine for photos after the baby is born. One report says she's futher along than 12 weeks, so there could be a Spring baby. I thought this was funny--Kevin Federline found out about the news before Britney did! K-Fed is close to the family, so Lynne told him about the pregnancy earlier in the week.

*Grey's Anatomy star Katherine Heigl is getting married to singer Josh Kelley this Sunday, but McDreamy won't be at the wedding. He is spending the holidays with his family. Katherine's co-star T.R. Knight is part of the wedding as a "bridesman" and Drew Barrymore is expected to attend.

*Ben Stiller as J.R. Ewing? Ben was offered the role in the Dallas movie after John Travolta was dropped

The baby's daddy is Jamie Lynn's 19-year-old live-in boyfriend, Casey Aldridge. WOW! Jamie Lynn is on the cover of the new issue of OK! Magazine and will reportedly be paid $1 million for photos when the baby is born. Meanwhile, Lynne Spears' book about parenting her famous daughters has been put on hold indefinitely.

*Newly engaged Jennifer Love Hewitt is denying reports that she's pregnant. The rumors started after the bikini photos of J. Love surfaced.

*Singer Amy Winehouse was arrested for witness tampering in connection with her husband's criminal trial. Amy is out on bail and is due back in court in March.

*Will Smith's new movie, I Am Legend, topped the weekend box office and had the best December opening ever--$76.5 million. Way to go, Will! Alvin & The Chipmunks had a strong opening weekend and ended up in second place, followed by The Golden Compass and Enchanted.

*Sad news: singer-songwriter Dan Fogelberg died of prostate cancer. He was 56.

*Last night was the season finale of Survivor: China and 22-year-old flight attendant Todd Herzog won the $1 million grand prize.

One rumor is that 73 year-old Florence Henderson, otherwise known as Mrs. Brady on The Brady Bunch will dance with Jennie Garth's former partner, Derek. What about Marcia, Marcia Marcia????

*Congrats to Usher and his wife Tameka. They are the proud parents of a new baby boy named Usher Raymond V (the fifth.)

Babies are typically given 10 units of Heparin and the twins got 10,000 units! I heard they are in the neo-natal intensive care unit in stable condition.

*Neil Diamond finally revealed the woman who inspired his hit song "Sweet Caroline." She is (drumroll, please) President Kennedy's daughter Caroline

*New movies in theaters include Enchanted starring Patrick Dempsey (I'll see anything with McDreamy on the big screen) and The Mist, which is based in Stephen King's book

*Here's the latest court ruling on Britney Spears--she can't drive while her kids are in the car! I think that's a wise decision, considering Britney drove through a red light at a busy intersection and ran over a couple of photographers recently. Now she'll have to go to Starbucks solo!

*Nicole Richie's baby shower was held over the weekend and Paris Hilton was one of the organizers. The theme was The Wizard of Oz, Nicole's favorite movie and some of the gifts suggested that Nicole is expecting a boy.

*Beowulf topped the weekend box office, taking in a little over $28 million. Bee Movie fell to #2, followed by American Gangster.

*Will Donny Osmond be on the next season of Dancing With the Stars? Donny said he got the offer, but he's not sure if he wants to put his body through the grueling schedule. He's still thinking about it. I think Donny would be great and here are some other celebs that I would like to see on DWTS: Henry Winkler, Nancy O'Dell from Access Hollywood, Ralph Macchio, Soleil Moon Frye (Punky Brewster,) gymnast Mary Lou Retton, Elisabeth or Andrew Shue and Jack Wagner. George and Olive Osmond (who passed away a few years ago) had 9 children, 56 granchildren and 25 great-grandchildren.

*The film & TV writers strike continues to wreak havoc on the production of TV shows. Desperate Housewives will shut down production today due to a shortage of scripts. Sitcoms affected by the strike so far include Back To You, The New Adventures of Old Christine, Til Death, Rules of Engagement, The Big Bang Theory, Two and a Half Men and The Office.

I like Sabrina, but she definitely went into the competition with an edge over the others who never danced. Poor Jane Seymour couldn't be at the results show because she had a case of food poisoning. By the way, an ambulance now waits outside the studio in case of an emergency (I'm not kidding!)

*Britney Spears will not be spending more time with her kids. A judge denied Britney shared custody of the two boys, saying the environment at Britney's house ranges from chaotic to almost somber with little communication (so sad!)

The pet adoption agency took Iggy away from the family because Ellen didn't follow the contract--she wasn't supposed to give the dog away. She said she just wanted Iggy to have a loving family. The adoption agency gave Iggy to another family and the director of the agency is getting death threats! Such a sad situation!

*Janet Jackson was a guest on The Ellen DeGeneres Show yesterday and she got an expensive, impromptu gift. Janet told Ellen she liked her watch, so Ellen took the Cartier watch off her wrist and gave it to Janet! I'll have to try that!

*Britney Spears loses her kids! A judge gave Britney's ex-hubby Kevin Federlin physical custody of their two sons until further notice. Britney lost custody because she couldn't provide a California driver's license and was accused of not taking a random drug and alcohol test. I still can't help feeling sorry for Britney! I honestly believe that she's a troubled girl and really needs help. Let's just hope she can find something other than partying to fill the void she's feeling.

*Keith Urban was involved in a minor motorcyle accident in Australia and he blames the paparazzi. Luckily Keith wasn't injured.

*Pamela Anderson and her boyfriend, Rick Soloman, got a marriage license in Las Vegas over the weekend but sources say they don't have immediate plans to tie the knot. That's okay--the license is good for a year.

*A ticket for a Hannah Montana concert in North Carolina sold for more than $2,500. Miley Cyrus is the hottest thing since Britney Spears was hot all those years ago.
