New movies opening in theaters today include Adam Sandler's comedy Don't Mess With the Zohan and the animated movie Kung Fu Panda starring the voices of Jack Black, Angelina Jolie and Dustin Hoffman. By the way, Mariah Carey has a cameo appearance in the Zohan movie.
*It doesn't matter that 17-year-old David Archuleta didn't win American Idol because he still got a record deal. David has a deal with the same company that signed winner David Cook. Don't expect the older ballads that Archuleta sang on the show--he wants to do a contemporary album.
*Paris Hilton is not expecting a baby! She sparked rumors after wearing a loose-fitting dress this week to an event. Paris said she would like to start a family soon.
*Shania Twain is opening up to fans for the first time about divorcing Mutt Lange, her hubby of 14 years. Shania thanked fans for their support, saying she needs time to heal her broken heart. We should expect some new music from Shania in the near future because she said, "I have so much to say but I know the best way for me to speak is through my music.
