*Brooke White was voted off American Idol. The poor thing was crying like a baby and had to perform! So it's down to the Top 4. Paula Abdul is on damage control, trying to explain her blunder on Tuesday night. In case you missed it, Paula critiqued two of Jason's songs when he only sang one. Paula said the judges were thrown a curveball and she wrote down comments for two singers on one card so she got confused. It makes for good TV--I hope she gets confused again next week!

Mariah has been wearing a 14-carat, $2.5 million diamond ring that looks exactly like the ring Nick gave his former fiance, Victoria's Secret model Selita. A source close to Selita says it is the same ring! If it really is the same ring, that is tacky!!!!

*It's a girl for Jamie Lynn Spears. Her mom, Lynn isn't happy that her teenaged daughter is preggers, but she's thrilled to welcome her first granddaughter. The bundle of joy is due at the end of June.
