*The 7th and final Harry Potter book, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows went on sale Friday at midnight and broke sales records, with 8.3 million copies sold in the first 24 hours.

*Harry Potter was knocked off the top of the weekend box office by the new Adam Sandler/Kevin James comedy. I Now Pronounce You Chuck and Larry is the new #1 movie, followed by Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix and Hairspray
